Adult Start Pinky Question About Rosy Boa Eating And Shedding?

Question about Rosy Boa Eating and Shedding? - adult start pinky

My pink boa is about 3 or 4 years, then I say, is long and between 2 1/2- 3 feet. I have in September and began to feed their adult mice (F / T) in October - every 2 weeks (the previous owner was feeding her little finger) every month. Well, she poured in October. I was very busy during the holidays and have not paid much attention to what I would have the last two weeks ... Although she realized that she seemed nervous the other day. Well, I think today this evening ... and when they eat, let's go. Her skin was the shape of the head when he was finished. In an hour he had completely lost (although widely used, eye-capsules) a piece. I wonder what was so bad for eating them and throwing at the same time? I thought that snakes do not eat before and during a hall? And it is normal to have thrown back after 2 months? I should be looking for a hall that often all the time or does it vary?

Your feeding schedule is fine, the adult mice every two weeks seems perfect for me. The snakes are still paying his entire life, but surely shed) more often than most adults pink boa for a while, because it more than he eats with his owner to be (IMO, which was lower than would have been a meal.

Furthermore, whereas most snakes do not eat a meal during the period of secondment, which is not harmful to eat during this time. In general, do not eat, because there are quite outpouring of stress, which limits his vision and makes them vulnerable and tend to be nervous and do not want a meal. But if she is ready you for your shed, you might as well not leave it hurt to eat it.

I would say, a funnel (between the little finger, and Jumbo) every seven to ten days would be better for a pink boa. This is definitely a woman of this size.

But in the category ...
Like everything else in the world is a cycle that happens, never in exactly the same time every day exactly what happened, Thime. My Leopard Gecko is sometimes two months without spilling, then twice a month. For them it is harmful to the more or less than usual basket. And the thing that you dump most of the snakes Cranky ". It was capricious. And if they do not eat in a bad mood, in general, and enjoy the handling, as they do normally. But that's no problem doing for them. You need a boa just very calm and relaxed.
