Is Cocoa Powder in America different to Australia? - cocoa powder or kemo therapy for cancer
I have a recipe that calls for the United States for a variety of cocoa powder and it has increased food and chocolate. I wonder if maybe the two products are different, perhaps more concentrated in Australia? Anyone who knows anything about it, or how you adapt recipes, or was it bad luck?

I wonder if the cocoa powder is actually a mixture of cocoa beverages, including milk and sugar? What to do for cocoa? Just add milk or water? Cocoa powder in America is to add sugar and milk.
