Ok I am a man, I have red spots on my penis. I googled pictures of genital herpes and you have found nothing to correspond to what I have. Looks like my area of the skin is too dry, I like peeling dry skin. They are not wounds and pain. Is this a mild case of herpes or something else, or even a rash of some kind?
